Ethics of blogging

There are some ethics that a blogger has to follow in order to a void being in the center of the negative publicity or even worst by being legally liable. i want to discuss few of those ethics guid lines. First,  bloggers should be accountable of what they post and always say the truth and never intentialy post faulty information. The second ethic is to be as transparent as possible. bloggers should reveal their identity like name, photo, background info,,etc. this will a void the blogger from being charged with identity theft in the court of law. one of the ethics of blogging is the freedom of expression. always a blogger has to express their opinion in an understanding matter and not associate it with any defensive and harmful words that might wound the spirit of discussion which might turn the blog into a war zone. one of the basic ethics in blogging is not to delete comments that other bloggers left in your blog just because you dont like them.
I think bloggers should never restrict access to their blog to a certain groups or individuals; it should be public for anyone to view and participate. the last thing that i think is important in blogging ethics is that the blogger should not only add new post in regular basis, but also visit and post on other blogs and always try to be informative intertaining.

i also think using blogs in EFl classes is a very important factor to imporove not only the students, but also the teachers. when ESL students discuss the class material and the focal points in class discussions, the teacher will better understand the students weak sides and will help the teacher imporove those points in the students.

  What is a blog?

       A blog (short for weblog) ,it's an updated website and update a blog it requires only basic access to the internet and aminimum of technical know-how almost as easy as sending an email. We can display photos and we can use it with audio and video.

      There  are many reasons why we may choose to use Weblogs . One  of them to provide a real audience for student  writing and because the student writing can be read by other student ,classes even countries,so they focus not only on the form and the content also. Second point is providing extra reading practice for students, third point is guiding student to online resources appropriate for their level,we can use our tutor blog as a portal  for the learners. Fourth point is encourage shy students to participate because they can express themselves in a blog . fifth one is that it can be a space used to promote discussion,the sixth one is helping  build a closer relationship between students in a larg classes , it's another tool that can help bring students together. The blogs keeping students interested by asking questions and responding them and writing a short comment related to the content. There is one advanced feature keeping the track of  alot of learner blogs is to use the "sitefeed"feature.

Finally, in my opinine using blogs is one of  the most important ways of teaching that must used in uninversities and schools and must start using it more.
